What you will be doing:
We are looking for a skilled Staff Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology transformation and domain expertise in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, quality, commercial operations, or finance. This role requires excellent project documentation and communication skills, along with the ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, solution designs, system requirements, and process/data flows for all assigned development efforts.
  • Prepare and lead coordination meetings between developers, business users, and vendors.
  • Work with developers to review and clarify requirements, ensuring technical specifications and designs meet business needs.
  • Perform unit and functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate that the final solution/product meets the signed business requirements documentation.
  • Monitor and manage issue logs, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Apply information systems development, implementation, and operation control concepts in various technology settings, assessing exposures from ineffective or missing control practices.
  • Stay updated on technology developments related to domain expertise.

Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in field.
  • 9-13 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst focused on technology transformation.
  • Domain expertise in one or more functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, commercial operations, or finance).
  • Strong relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence clients through recommendations and analysis.
  • Exceptional skills in creating project documentation and communication.
  • Strong ability to gather and analyze data to develop fact-based conclusions and recommendations.
  • Expertise in business metrics and process modeling.
  • Knowledge of the full software development life cycle.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Visio.
  • Ability to create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making within Power BI.
  • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting supply chain data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Proven track record in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, understanding industry-specific challenges and regulations.
  • Expertise in managing clinical supply chain data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of materials.
  • Experience in coordinating the distribution of materials for clinical studies to partner sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, balancing diverse needs and priorities.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,124.67 yearly in our lowest geographic market up to $171,187.00 yearly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
