Dynamo is seeking a Production Manager to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the 9 AF (USAFCENT) Intelligence Directorate in its mission within the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR). This role involves supporting the employment and sustainment of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets, personnel, and capabilities. The team member will need a strong understanding of ISR technologies, multi-intelligence data applications, and ISR/C2 operational planning. Responsibilities include detailed analysis, operational planning, and training to ensure ISR support for global combat operations, working closely with the Combat Air Force (CAF), and Unified Command structures.

Responsibilities include detailed analysis, operational planning, and training to ensure ISR support for global combat operations, working closely with the Combat Air Force (CAF), and Unified Command structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert intelligence production management support for USAFCENT/A2, overseeing the entire production process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for intelligence production matters, coordinating with key organizations such as USAFCENT CAOC, USCENTCOM, 16AF, Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/A2C, HQ ACC, and other unified commands and agencies.
- Manage intelligence production requirements through multiple tasking methods (email, phone, COLISEUM, etc.), developing detailed production schedules that align with consumer demands.
- Exercise independent judgment to ensure a balance between accuracy and efficiency, meeting production objectives within operational constraints.
- Leverage critical thinking and experience to identify and implement effective methods for achieving timely and accurate intelligence production for USAFCENT/A2.
- Produce intelligence products in various formats, including written reports, analytical documents, and presentations, tailored to meet organizational needs and reporting requirements.
- Track and evaluate customer satisfaction, adjusting production processes as needed based on feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct outreach to customers and ensure the timely dissemination of intelligence products through all available channels.
- Ensure all intelligence products comply with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, maintaining high standards for analytic rigor and accuracy.
Additional Duties:
- Provide advisory support to ensure seamless integration and utilization of ISR technologies across peace, crisis, and wartime scenarios.
- Synchronize, fuse, and deliver timely, accurate, and relevant ISR information to support combined aerospace, ground, and naval operations.
- Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to optimize ISR capabilities and support ongoing and future combat operations.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Possession of an active TS/SCI government security clearance
- Applied understanding of production management functions, particularly within intelligence operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence production management, working collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HiPoint, COLISEUM, and other intelligence publishing tools.
- Skilled in using standard computer applications and intelligence-related automation tools to support product development and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proofreading, editing, and finalizing intelligence products for senior leadership briefings.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or six (6) years' comparable USAF experience
