About the role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for our institutional lines of business. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, project management, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, event management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development. The B2B Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and nurturing through the delivery of successful, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Messaging Development: Craft compelling and strategic messaging tailored to institutional audiences, ensuring alignment with our brand and value proposition.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools, materials, and resources that support and accelerate the sales process.
  • Content Marketing: Partner with internal thought leaders to transform their insights into compelling content that resonates with institutional audiences. Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to build integrated campaigns that drive consideration and conversion.
  • Event Management: Plan, execute, and optimize owned and sponsored event campaigns, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
    • Manage event strategy, logistics, and post-event reporting to ensure engagement and impact.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate event-driven campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or institutional audiences.
  • Background in real estate, finance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in messaging development and sales enablement.
  • Track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including event marketing, with measurable results.
  • Knowledge of marketing operations and reporting
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

This position is classified as HYBRID within the Greater Oakland Area with an expectation to be in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly.

Compensation

$100,000 - $120,000 annual base salary. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.

Pay Transparency:

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only part of our total compensation package.
