We are currently seeking a Senior C4I SITE Dashboard Support Consultant to support the US Navy's NAVWAR 6.0/6.5/FRD PSS Contract in San Diego. This position is hybrid with 2 days onsite.

What you'll do:

Provide support to the FRD Test Director to maintain accuracy and integrity of various FRD C4I SITE Dashboards. Specific tasking is in support of C4I SITE, TRACI, and C4I testing dashboard inputs by presenting information on C4I / Networks Legacy System status. Additional support will be provided to C4I SITE MAT Coordinators.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial OJT for ship's force to access, input, and edit C4I Legacy System status from websites provided by NAVWAR FRD Digital Products Office. Conduct OJT visits on ships required to make legacy system inputs.
  • Generate various visualizations depicting C4I SITE trends with focus on system corrections, improvement areas, actions required, and return of investment for all for C4I SITE phases.
  • Develop and maintain standard set of real-time dashboard visualizations to be presented to senior leadership.
  • Establish onboard workstations and access to NAVWAR FRD Digital Products for C4I SITE MAT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to make data entries as third party on behalf of ship's force and SMEs. Provide initial indoctrination to workstation location and network access to C4I SITE MAT SME Lead and other SMEs as required.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks with FRD Test Director Metrics and Data Analytics team. Be prepared to conduct ship visits as required.
  • Provide support to senior government clients. Compose letters, memos, and other correspondence, develop briefing slides for FO/SES audiences.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC's clients


Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • 10+ years shipboard experience to engage with ship's force C4I / Network Divisions, Work Center Supervisors, and 3-M coordinators. Demonstrate general understanding of Ship's SORM.
  • 10+ years waterfront operations experience between NAVWAR, FIO, ISIC, Type Commanders, and Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC)
  • 5-10 years NAVWAR/FIO C4I Installation and testing environment experience. Knowledge of C4I / network and communications terminology, hardware equipment nomenclature, and software nomenclature. Exhibit knowledge of milestones and phases in a CNO Availability
  • Demonstrated communication skills from deck plate level to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience with data analytics
  • Exhibit ability to provide On the Job Training (OJT) to C4I/Network Ship's Force on various data collection systems. (Training on data collection systems will be provided).
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
