CMDB Manager

We have an immediate (on-site) CMDB Manager position available in either of our client location in Columbia, SC.

If you join our team in this role, you will maintain ownership of the program's Configuration Management Database (CMBD), facilitate Configuration Control Boards, and support the establishment of the Configuration Management Library while leveraging modern configuration, application, and life cycle-management tools and processes to maintain version control for software code, packages, libraries, containers, virtual machines, releases, and documents.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• 4 year of experience in implementing, maintaining and managing IT CMDB in a complex IT environment.
• Knowledge of IT CMDB programs, techniques, processes, reports, analysis and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to team building.
• Experience running Configuration Control Boards, meetings and other required briefings as directed by the government.
• Knowledge of software configuration, build management, and release management programs and processes.
• Coordinate the interaction between engineering, integration team, logistics, and program management to ensure appropriate changes are documented/required.
• Identify, assign, manage, and implement Configuration Items (CI) for the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.

Clearance:
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
