Lazard Asset Management (LAM) Technology is looking for a Salesforce Lead Technical Architect with an understanding of the asset management industry to maintain and develop enterprise strategy of building and deploying a Salesforce platform that integrates with sales, marketing and customer-facing products. The role will include Team leadership responsibilities as well as serve as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for working with Business Analysts and business units to scope and shape global prioritization with Sales, Marketing and technology teams.

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately 185,000 - 225,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.

We'll trust you to:
- Collaborate with Business analysts, business teams and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver seamless global, multi-channel experiences on the Salesforce CRM Platform
- Deliver technology solutions - Leverage strong technical experience to architect, engineer and provide guidance in delivery of key initiatives for a global CRM in accordance with Salesforce best practices
- Define and maintain technical standards for platform integrations with Digital Marketing and other in-house systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Appian, Seismic, Qvidian, etc.), as well as Azure.
- Lead by example by contributing high quality, production code that powers critical pieces of our services and products
- Design and oversee the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
- Provide guidance for system documentation and InfoSec requirements
- Manage and guide pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities
- Execute declarative Salesforce application configuration
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied at LAM
You'll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience working with non-technical Stakeholders in Salesforce Sales Cloud projects with full lifecycle implementations including integrations with external systems
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
- 3+ years as a Development Team Lead performing code reviews using git-based VCS in Apex, JavaScript (ECMA6), and XML/HTML
- 3+ years' development against REST and SOAP APIs both on and off Salesforce
- 2+ years' experience in web programming using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
- 1+ years' experience with CRM Analytics Plus (Einstein Analytics)
- Strong experience managing multiple business units side by side in a shared Salesforce CRM, including management of record pages and automation as well as security and sharing.
- Experience in building applications using Lightning Web Components, Lightning, APEX, Visualforce and UI related coding technologies
- Experience with Event Driven Architecture/Integration using WebSockets
- Experience with sales and asset data (SS&C Salesconnect, Broadridge Salesvision)
- Familiarity with security concepts including but not limited to authentication/authorization, TLS encryption, digital signing, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, JWT, OpenId Connect, and oAuth 2.0
- Experience acting as administrator of DevOps/CICD tools such as BitBucket, GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, UDeploy, Selenium, etc.
- Experience with SQL and other RDMS technologies outside of Salesforce is STRONGLY preferred
- Experience with BASH scripting (native, WSL, or Git BASH) is desirable
- Experience with Python or Ruby is desirable
