Job Description:
Essential Job Functions or Accountabilities: (% of Time Spent)
- Leads and coordinates all aspects of the Client' Technology Recovery program (50%)
- Serves as TR Program primary point-of-contact for IDS and the enterprise (20%)
Develop, review, enhance and recommend changes to Technology Recovery policy or standards, programs and procedures: (10%)
- Provide periodic reporting to Senior Management for reporting to ERC: (10%)
- Helps develop and implement TR program strategy: (10%)

- Develop and lead competencies within the TR component of the BCM platform
- Provide periodic training to internal or external personnel on the TR program
- Monitor and report on TR exercises, testing and/or audits
- Serve as the department's authoritative representative on TR and/or BCM Projects
- Coordinate with internal or external personnel on TR program

- Briefly describe the typical business contacts for this job and the nature of these contacts (e.g., working with the Legal Department to provide requested information, gathering data or information from dealers, persuading department leadership, negotiating with vendors, influencing Management Committee, etc.).
- Working with and collaborating with all internal and external departments in their Technology Recovery needs, including periodic education or training.
- Work with and collaborate with Client affiliate entities on TR and BCM activities, including Global Client personnel.
- Working with critical IT vendors to validate vendor resiliency that meets Client' requirements.

- Working with BCM Team to promote and enhance TR Program as well as the overall BCM Program within Company and Client.
