Job Description/Responsibilities:
- The employee will work on the production and testing of high-performance FPGAs at 16/7nm and below. His or her responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and maintain the test methodology for client's FPGAs and IP
- Develop ATPG/custom test vectors for fault testing
- Debug production and test issues; correlate as necessary to process parameters
- Correlate silicon performance and power with simulation data
- Work with Operations and Program Management to maintain records and documentation related to the production flow
- Suggest process improvements to reduce test time and improve yield
- Mentor junior engineers
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with production test methodologies, fault coverage and fault analysis
- Experience working on the test floor and/or in a lab environment
- Familiarity with WGL and STIL formats for test vectors
- Experience designing/maintaining flows and methodologies from scratch
- Experience programming in a scripting language
- Experience with digital VLSI design and verification
- Familiarity with using and/or designing FPGAs is a plus
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with revision-control systems (e.g., perforce, git) is a plus
- Excellent debugging skills
- Well organized and excellent communication skills
Education and Experience:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science + 2-10 years experience
