- web development experiences
- experience w/ Drupal 8/9 in consumer facing applications
- Excellent mastery of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and SEO
- Strong experience in Drupal 8/9, including custom module and plugin development and configuration management. Proficiency with the templating and rendering system
- Strong PHP skills and knowledge of OOP best practices in PHP
- Strong HTML and CSS skills w/ experience building responsive sites across a variety of browsers and devices using modern techniques
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience with modern JS techniques
- Strong experience with Drupal and native mobile applications
- Strong experience with a headless Drupal architecture
- Attention to detail and an appreciation for design and beautiful UX
- Experience with Drush, Symfony and Composer
- Experience with Git
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
