Job Description.

More than 15 years of experience as a Solution Architect implementing complex Omni channel projects.
Minimum of 8~10 years of hands-on experience with NICE, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Salesforce. SF Marketing CLoud, Chat Bots
Experience in implementation of collections journey for customer including various modes of communication like call, text and emails.
Design and implement Omni channel environments, including integration with salesforce, marketing cloud, Nice CXOne, NLP BOTS.
Provide expertise in connectivity and environment management for Amazon Connect / Nice InCotnact.
Leverage technical background to drive successful Omni channel implementations.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum ceremonies and contributing to iterative development.
Strong understanding of Network Infrastructure .
Experience with large language models, NLP/Data science, Machine learning; Bots; AI Chatbot
Previous technical background or experience with implementations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Contact Center Architecture background (required)
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.
