Strong Technical skills on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, Marketing, Einstein, CPQ, AppExchange Knowledge and deep knowledge in several AppExchange packages
Lead the onshore and offshore team. Good communication skills
Experience in holistic SFDC solutions with a customer 360-degree view, and personalized service & marketing would be advantageous
Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.
Guide the developers with tools, techniques, best practices and utilities to enhance them, increase productivity and velocity.
Work across multiple teams.
Documenting the solutions using industry practices with stakeholder views.
Ready to get hands dirty with coding.
