Looking for an experienced AS400 Developer with the below skills. AS400 development RPG COBOL SYNON.

5+ years of experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment working with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery processes and tool automation.
Strong development experience with good understanding of various technology platforms
Minimum 3-5 years of Hands on Coding experience in COBOL AS400 and or Cobol ILE.
4+ years of progressive programming experience in leading web based development projects.
Someone looking to work in a team focused on continuous integration, improvement and learning
Will contribute to developing the technology road map for the team both functionally and technically
An effective communicator, work alongside and collaborate across technology teams
Strong exposure to DB2400
Strong Design and Development experience required
Experience of coordinating with the client for requirement clarification and solution discussions
Guiding Offshore Team technically
Insurance domain knowledge is required
Required Skills: iSeries COBOL, AS400 (Mid-Range), COBOL ILE
