Description:
Resource will conduct research and analyze information to assist agency and partners in gaining a better understanding of public programs. Resource will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and will develop analytics initiatives to serve these needs. Resource will directly support senior management in UIA initiatives. Resource will contribute to administrative data initiatives through the production of assorted governmental products. Resource will perform the following duties:
Research and Analysis - Resource will represent the department through researching and consulting activity designed to support internal and external stakeholders, including, but not limited to: Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity; Unemployment Insurance Agency; and Not-For-Profit Organizations.
Data Analysis on Agency Initiatives - Resource will contribute significantly to multiple ongoing Agency initiatives and projects, such as the internal and external dashboards.

- Communicate with customer as needed throughout process to refine research targets.
- Design research process, identifying appropriate data sources.
- Conduct research and produce analysis.
- Demonstrate customer service excellence by providing high quality results that meet or exceed customer and department expectations.
Data Analysis on Agency Initiatives - Resource will contribute significantly to multiple ongoing Agency initiatives and projects, such as the internal and external dashboards.

- Collaborate with partners in state departments/agencies.
- Meet regularly with customers in LEO, DTMB, and the Governor's Office to ensure customer needs are being meet.
- Gather data from various internal and external sources.
- Present reports, tools, and data as requested or required.
