Skill: Genesys, Business Analyst
  • Must be able to read SIP/Wireshark Log Requests.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting, Problem Analysis in both Avaya and Genesys.
  • Genesys CX Experience(on-prem).
  • Agile knowledge with SAFe or NWOW framework is preferred Business Intelligence Platforms knowledge - PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Avaya Aura Experience.
  • UNIX/Linux command knowledge.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools.


Good to have

  • Hands on implementation, Configuration, deployments to production and support.
  • Knowledge with Aternity.
  • Using agile methodologies, partner with product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience.
  • Support and maintain existing Avaya Telephony and Contact Center solutions and demonstrate complex problem-solving skills.
