Good to have
- Must be able to read SIP/Wireshark Log Requests.
- Experience with Troubleshooting, Problem Analysis in both Avaya and Genesys.
- Genesys CX Experience(on-prem).
- Agile knowledge with SAFe or NWOW framework is preferred Business Intelligence Platforms knowledge - PowerBI, Tableau.
- Avaya Aura Experience.
- UNIX/Linux command knowledge.
- Experience with system monitoring tools.
Good to have
- Hands on implementation, Configuration, deployments to production and support.
- Knowledge with Aternity.
- Using agile methodologies, partner with product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience.
- Support and maintain existing Avaya Telephony and Contact Center solutions and demonstrate complex problem-solving skills.
