Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Full Desk Recruiter (specializing in Accounting & Finance).
• Must be willing and able to conduct new & enhance current Business Development and Recruitment efforts. (3+ years of B2B Sales experience a PLUS).
• Ability to be a self-starter & someone who is passionate and driven to succeed and is ready to take their career and goal to the next level (wants to become the top performer)!
• Ability to manage a team as you will be assigned 2 Sourcers and 1 BD List Builder back in India to assist you with successfully reaching/passing your quarterly target.

Requirements:

• As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients (both existing and new) and also build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
• Must have at least 3+ years of experience as a Full Desk Recruiter specializing in the Accounting & Finance niche and is ready to reach their personal goals and level up. (3+ years of B2B Sales experience a PLUS).
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills with a great outgoing personality.
• Must be a self-starter that is not afraid to dive into new challenges and taking care of business with great attention to detail.
