To keep track of patterns of various Documentum Applications
To design the solution on time after understanding the complexity of the problem.
To identify document flows in/between business processes and are able to provide new solutions for the optimization of document flows.
Sound Technical knowledge in ECM tools.
Expertise in Documentum D2 Developer with Strong Development background
Sound knowledge on LSRD and LSQM
Ability to provide the solution on time after understanding the complexity of the problem.
Ability to provide an error free delivery.
Keeping tab of technology developments, optimizing techniques.
Experience in Regulatory, Pharma, Quality and Compliance domain
Good Creativity with good Communications skills.
Good client handling capability.
Knowledge of tools that helps in quick testing and developing

Working on Proposals, Estimation and Presentations
Risk Management, Project management, lead and own deliverables without much supervision.
Client Management
Acting as SPOC and coordinating with Business, Business IT, Delivery Managers
Ability to groom and manage a dedicated team of 5 to 6 members.
