Job Title: Project Lead
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Performs project coordination work as a member of the Unemployment Insurance (UI) System Replacement Team, supporting multiple special projects concurrently. Work involves coordinating the initiation, planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of assigned special projects. Collaborates with all IT staff and business customers to accomplish work.
Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions.
Provide technical assistance to Projects Managers with documenting plans, schedules, status reports, meetings, and/or change requests.
Monitor the daily progress of projects.
Plan meetings and organizing project logistics.
Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
Coordinate assigned special projects and update project information.
Ensure team members have the tools and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
Perform related work as assigned.
