Responsibilities:
- Ensure the salesforce platform developed meets the functional system design, business requirements and software release criteria.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts.
- Support the development team by communicating requirements and specifications.
- Document and track software defects and enhancements including root cause.
- Superior problem solving and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communications skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal. Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business or technology field.
- Basic Salesforce Certifications preferred.
- Must have business or systems analysis experience.
- MS Visio, Excel and Word experience.
