Job: Programmer Analyst 3

Location: Richmond, Virginia (HYBRID)

Build applications using Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint, GIS applications using various ESRI ArcGIS products.

• At least 3 days/week onsite required
• Local Richmond, VA candidates strongly preferred
• Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through clients Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking

Core responsibilities:

• Gain broad understanding of the client innovation framework
• Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS
• Follow all applicable industry and client standards, processes and Protocols
• Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs
• manage stakeholder communications and expectations

KSA:

• Process mapping experience,
• Code Documentation,
• Writing Requirements/Scope documents,
• Writing use-cases,
• using architectural artifacts
• interpreting solution architectures
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Customer focused collaboration
• Ability to travel around the state as needed
• Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Dataverse. (Hard Requirement)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience using RESTFul APIS
• Other Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences

Required:

Programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java - Required 5 Years
