Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

Experience Desired: 10+ Years.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is typically required. A master's degree may be preferred, especially for managerial positions.
• Manufacturing Engineering Expertise: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and best practices. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
• Strong business acumen.
• Will lead Manufacturing Engineering for existing processes and develops future processes.
• Broad understanding and experience of manufacturing methodologies and processes
• Develop future manufacturing concepts.
• Industry 4.0 experience.
• Implementing automation projects.
• Capital equipment management, makes budgets, tracks costs.

Requirements:

• Automotive experience highly preferred in manufacturing.
• Strong assembly experience.
• Experienced leading & implementing Process Flow diagrams, FMEA, Control Plans, Process audit sheets.
• Experienced ERP user eg Power User, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle etc.
• Strong Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Ideally Six Sigma Black Belt and trained in other problem-solving techniques eg RedX.
• Demonstrated experience implementing production floor systems - SPC, MES solutions, Traceability.
• Data analytics - compiles KPI's, analyzes and collects data to drive improvements.
