Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid) (Need local candidates or from near by states)
Duration : 6+Months
Job Description:
A bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of business analyst and using Agile? methodology
Minimum of 10 years of experience performing detailed requirements analysis
Minimum of 10 years translating business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical design specifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience documenting processes?
Minimum of 5 years of experience creating epics, features, user stories, and tasks following Gherkin
Minimum of 10 years of experience documenting requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading requirements gathering sessions?
Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and implementing test cases and documenting defects.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication and people skills, capable of communicating with highly technical teams.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to find acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills
Prepare formal written test estimates.
Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios.
Excellent documentation skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
A history of leading and supporting successful projects
Qualifications:
