Must be comfortable in running PI Planning meetings Expertise in Leading and managing a diverse team involved in development, QA , UAT and PROD releases Expertise in representing development team on status calls with senior leadership on all project and program calls. Expertise in Written Communication including Process Flow, Workflow, Roadmap, Project Scoping and Project Plans. Expertise in Managing budget, time and forecast for resources on the project and must have conducted periodic reviews. Demonstrated facilitation skills and the ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization. Determine ways to optimize and improve JIRA setup Define key milestones, assess delivery against milestones, communicate teams capacity and progress against milestones to stakeholders and all levels of management in a consistent and transparent manner .
