Overview
Identify potential attack vectors, analyze source code, define test cases, and design security solutions for our various products: (SCT, Server, OmniCore, etc.)
Responsibilities
Identify potential attack vectors on platforms running UEFI firmware
Define test cases for platforms running UEFI firmware
Manage status of known vulnerabilities, both internally discovered and externally reported
Work closely with internal engineers to re-test as they resolve discovered issues
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, or 5 years experience in a firmware development position
Low-level hardware experience
Working knowledge of motherboard technologies such as PCIe, USB, UART, SPI, I2 C
Working knowledge of UEFI
Proficiency in C and Python
Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Must work well both with a team and independently Additional Skills
Experience with operating system kernel and/or driver development, including Windows and Linux
Solid understanding of cryptographic technologies such as public-key cryptography
Ability to read and understand motherboard schematics
Proficiency in Rust
Solid understanding of networking protocols
