Experience in software flashing and testing ECUs

Monitoring of CAN data using CAN Analyzer for trouble shooting serial data issues.

Experience in DTC, DID and other Diagnostic related requirements and testing

Experience Required

3 to 6 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform the Diagnostic testing for ADAS ECU
• Program the ADAS host ECU with latest software using DET (Diagnostic Engineering Tool).
• Analyze test data logs using Canoe/Canalyzer, and Data View Tool
• Understanding of Advanced Driver Assistance Domain
• Track and resolve the vehicle and testing hardware integration issues
• Work on integrity of the infrastructure from Ford's Database to the supplier manufacturing facility
• Determine improvements in the software and work with suppliers to implement them.
• Determine interaction between diagnostics and cybersecurity software components.
• Work with the suppliers to improve the development effort.
• Work with the suppliers to develop test methods that are effective and identify software defects.
• Review supplier test plans and test results to determine software maturity and risks to the program
