ASIC Verification Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Engineer to join our team. As a qualified candidate, you should have a strong technical background in ASIC verification, with expertise in System Verilog testbench development and UVM methodology. You will be responsible for verifying complex IPs and sub-systems as part of modern System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.

Qualifications: Technical Experience

• 8+ years of ASIC verification experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of verification methodologies and best practices.
• Strong expertise in System Verilog testbench development and proficiency in UVM methodology.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 SoC/Sub-System/IP verification projects, including at least 3 years of experience in SV-UVM based testbench development.
• Proficiency in CPU(s) based SoC verification, including writing and maintaining C-SV tests.
• Extensive hands-on experience with UVM/OVM and System Verilog, including the development of test bench components, generating directed and random stimulus, and coding cover points and assertions.
• Experience in developing test and coverage plans, verification environments, and validation plans.
• Proven ability to debug designs and drive coverage closure.
• Familiarity with verification of AMBA protocols and at least one additional protocol such as PCIe, HBM, or DDR.
• Knowledge of and basic working experience in C/C++ and Python script development/maintenance.
• Experience in Gate Level Simulation and Pre/Post Silicon Validation support.

Leadership/Management Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of 5-10 engineers.
• Experience in scope estimation, schedule definition, and working closely with the team to track progress.
• Ability to work with customers and team leads to measure schedule and quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to take on diverse challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team focused on verifying complex IPs and sub-systems within modern SoCs.
• Act as a communication bridge between Client Leads and the India Offshore Team, effectively representing the Offshore Team regarding status and issue communication.
• Collaborate with the Team lead to review the schedule and quality of deliverables from the team, ensuring program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Perform individual assignments as defined by the customer.

Education:

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree (EE or CS).
