Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Unified Telecommunications Project Manager for a critical role in Hackensack, NJ. This role involves managing capital and operational projects within the telecommunications space, specifically within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technical projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and leading telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Telecommunications Projects: Manage end-to-end telecommunications projects including network upgrades, system installations (e.g., Overhead Paging Systems), and infrastructure improvements.
• Healthcare Industry Experience: Apply knowledge of healthcare operations, ensuring project delivery meets the specific demands and nuances of a hospital environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Telecommunications: At least 7+ years of experience in telecommunications project management, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including wireless networks, paging systems, and network upgrades.
• Project Management: Proven experience leading capital and operational projects, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines.
• Healthcare IT Experience: Prior experience working in healthcare IT settings with the ability to navigate the complexities of hospital projects.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams, such as Network and Systems Administrators, and Helpdesk Support Analysts.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Strong experience managing vendor relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare IT Leadership: Prior experience in leading technical departments within healthcare organizations (hospitals, medical centers, etc.).
• Project Management Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Operational & Capital Projects: Expertise in managing both capital and operational projects.
• Technical Project Examples: Experience with network upgrades, paging systems, and other telecom projects in high-demand environments.
