Product Manager

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Lead the innovation and improvement of all products, existing and future, to ensure constant product improvement that meets consumer and end-user needs.
• Identify and understand market trends, consumer needs and opportunities to further innovate and develop products to increase user adoption and active usage.
• The scope will include customer facing features as well as back end capabilities, across mobile and the web.
• You will work cross-functionally to shepherd products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Marketing and Business Development teams to define product goals and deliver key features.
• Ensure key features and capabilities are clearly communicated with the Marketing and Business Development teams.
• Undertake day-to-day product activities to ensure Engineering has clearly defined requirements, designs and any required data/components to implement and enhance features.
• Create and lead a transparent intake process, where requirements are collected and prioritized according to declared principles, and communicated to all stakeholders
• Participate in technical discussions to understand technology capabilities, existing or to be developed, to drive the product further.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant product management experience, including launching, building & growing software products.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience driving results in collaborative, cross-functional environments that include Engineering, Marketing and Business Development.
• Passion for building high-quality mobile & web user experiences
• Solid analytics background, with ability to dive into data analytics to make data-driven decisions
• Have a clear sense of ownership and drive, and show a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to drive your initiatives to completion

The following experience is a plus:

• Experience with enterprise or web search & information retrieval.
