We're seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Architect with expertise in ETL/BI tools such as Talend, SSIS, Abinitio, and Informatica. This full-time position in Atlanta, GA, is pivotal for driving transformational opportunities within the D&A application landscape. As a leader, you'll be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end pre-sales solutions and providing SWAT responses to troubled projects. Your role involves crafting and implementing program elements, leading pre-sales activities, and designing solutions across multiple projects/programs. Collaboration with customers, architects, and technical stakeholders is key to ensure trust and credibility. You'll analyze existing technology landscapes, propose improvements, and design scalable solutions, emphasizing AWS Cloud and Big Data domains. Hands-on technical prowess is essential for addressing issues and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead program integration and implementation, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Drive pre-sales activities, including solutioning and RFP responses.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures across projects/programs.
• Collaborate with customers to understand and address technical challenges.
• Develop architecture blueprints and documentation, emphasizing scalability and elasticity.
• Partner with various teams to drive business growth and customer success.
• Conduct workshops, create services proposals, and lead estimations.
• Mentor team members and develop reusable solution frameworks.
• Manage complex ETL requirements and implement high-performance solutions.
• Assess impacts, develop project plans, and ensure adherence to ETL architecture.
• Identify and implement process, standards, and architecture improvements.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of experience in the Data and Analytics space.
• Proficiency in multiple ETL/BI tools and Cloud Technologies like AWS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in senior technical roles within consulting or technology companies.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
