Bachelor's degree and business analyst experience.
Beneficial to have CSM, PMI-ACP, and CSPO training.
Know banking/servicing well.
Proficient in Agile SDLC, including JIRA.
Show great communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Quickly learn new apps and techniques.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyse and communicate complicated system needs.
Write good user stories.
Multitask and handle projects well.
Ownership of product vision and roadmap.
Optimise product value and developer cooperation.
Create high-level commitment-based project schedules.
Optimise epics and dependencies.
Reevaluate backlog priorities strategically.
Align JIRA data with project status.
Report release problems to APO.
Track team velocity and adjust sprint plans.
