Required Skills : Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan with IT and Business Units. Defines project scope and facilitates technical and operational requirements. Develops, tracks, and manages project plans and teams. Plans and conducts project kick-off meetings. Monitors project risks, assesses the impact of new or increased risks, and develops mitigation plans. Communicates status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders. Provides weekly status reports on the overall health of projects. Provides leadership to cross-functional project teams and maintains project documentation. Audits documentation to ensure completion and follows System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. Facilitates IT Steering Committee and IT CAB meetings. Participates in stakeholder meetings.
