The team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our growing group in Consumer Electronics Market. This position will be responsible for driving new product proposals at large, key accounts and support our Sales and Operations activities in our US Seattle office. This energetic role will have experience with accessory products, both strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with customer engineering design teams as they build out their current and future product portfolios.

Program Manager for Consumer Electronics
The team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our growing group in Consumer Electronics Market. Primary responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers' engineering design teams on new product development and growth of existing accounts.
- Nurture existing relationships through regular engagement and support.
- Based upon day-to-day engagement with our customers, products and applications, act as proactive liaison with our China factory personnel as required.
- Analyze customer problems, and quickly and efficiently offer best solutions.
- Coordinate across internal and external engineer and support teams.
- Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks.
- Travel to meet customers on site and factories.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience with accessories Component/Module/Hardware development.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in design, with some sales or customer-facing experience.
- Self-motivated, driven personality with the ability to quickly analyze and assess situations.
- Desire and ability to help customers solve complex problem.
- Strong communication and interpersonal with China factories
- Comfort and skill presenting technical information to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture customer relationships.
- Demonstrated project & program management skills
- Persistent, goal/deadline driven work style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to 25% international and domestic travel.
- Electrical and or mechanical background a plus
- Experience with hardware partner development is a plus
