Position: Director of Nursing

Location: New Glarus, WI

Status: Full-time

Shift: Day

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the nursing department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for nursing staff.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient outcomes.
• Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care Setting
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (preferred)
