Core PM perspective -

• Status, follow up.
• Can't have hand holding or reassurance.
• No time to mentorship.
• Need to be able to use MS Project.
• Understand the GUI - project web access and how it works with MSProject on a server.

• • MS project sits on project server (upload and download stuff) - not easy to pick up quickly.
  • Smartsheets - need to know this.

• • Tracking to schedule.
  • Understand legal commitments.
  • Need to stick to budget.
  • J&J is providing services to Kenvue and we are legally obligated to provide this within a 10% margin of error.
  • Understand milestones - what are we legally obligated to deliver, budget, schedule, etc.
  • We don't run agile - it's old school, black/white.
  • Vendor management, schedule management, contracts, risk and issue.
  • There are legal things we can and cannot say to Kenvue and they need to understand this.

5-10 years of experience.

Ideally touched M&A in some way in their career from a technology lens.

More waterfall focused.
