SEMI Equipment Automation Engineer

Technical/Functional Skills

• At least 15 years of strong experience in Electronics Manufacturing and Assembly operations and supply chain preferably in Mobile Manufacturing.
• At least 5 + years of strong working experience in Process set up, Process Optimization, Re engineering (preferably Six Sigma Black Belt), and new production introduction.
• Strong understanding on various types of data, data collection strategy, various business KPI's/Metrices (such as Yield, Process capability Cp, Cpk, Process Reliability/OEE, etc.), Reports and Dashboards.
• Very strong understanding on various ERP, MES, Recent technologies such as Cloud computing, AI/ML, IIoT, Industry 4.0/Digital Manufacturing, and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA, Machine control systems, Plant Historian, etc.
• Experience on customer facing role, requirement management, SLA management with excellent presentation skill.
