Scope of responsibilities

Administration of dynatrace monitoring tool
Coordinating with different application teams for data gathering giving directions to team members and building dashboards
Provide integration solutions of dynatrace with third party tools
Experience with configuring and utilizing dynatrace to diagnose issues
Responsible for ensuring the dynatrace agents are deployed and issues with the agents are addressed with the help of the technical teams are needed
Responsible for maintaining and building on perm infrastructure related to dynatrace like Activegates as applicable
Responsible to work with vendor on addressing issues where vendor engagement in needed
Responsible for the overall health and functionality of the dynatrace platform

Desired Background

Hands on experience of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as relationship building skills with a diverse global team.
Articulate technical solutions and how they can solve business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Practice of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and familiarity with change management tools (preferably Jira).
