Job Title: PowerBI Developer

Location: Austin, TX - Remote OK

Duration: 12 Months

REQUIREMENTS

2-4 years of experience with Power BI development delivering complex reports and dashboards
Ability to define and manage data flows and data pipelines with related scripting knowledge for importing
Strong data modeling capabilities
Ability to identify and implement the most appropriate data management system
Provide high quality clean and usable data from data sets of varying states of disorder
Data/Query validation proficiency
Demonstrate a wide range of technical competencies including:
- DAX experience - part of Power BI
- SQL Server experience - ability to write complex queries
- R language
- MS PowerApps
- Working knowledge of Power Queries
MS Power BI suite (Power Query/M/DAX)
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS
Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
BS in computer science, information system or equivalent working experience
Good communication skills, ability to understand complex business requirements and build technical solutions
