This IT position will work with various departments in Rail Operations and Light Rail Operations to lead projects that will enhance operations by means of implementing new applications or upgrading current applications.

This position will be responsible for getting quotes, supporting the procurement process, tracking project budgets and contracts for all applications.
Lead new application implementations and upgrades to current applications.
Lead training activities for the installation and/or upgrades of various technology systems and applications.
Work with Rail/Light Rail and act as a liaison to the IT department on new initiatives.
Review issues at hand, propose solutions, create implementation plans, scope of works, and technical specifications/design for new initiatives.
Work with management to review issues, review proposed solutions, present ideas, and work out solutions that will enhance operations
Must have seven years' experience with at least 5 in a lead role.
Project planning experience for enterprise-wide applications and experience in multi-platform application environments
Hands-on technical experience with Web Development (C# and VB,.net), Crystal Reporting, Team Foundation Server, Cloud Architecture(AWS, Azure), and Database is preferred. Required/Desired Skills
Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Object Oriented Programming Concepts (OOPS), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based Applications, client-server applications. Required 7 Years design and development of web applications with.Net framework using in ASP.NET 3.0/4.0, VB.NET, and C #.NET, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Web Services, WEB API Required 7 Years ASP.NET MVC 5, C#, Entity Framework, JQuery, JavaScript. Required 7 Years Hands-on technical experience with Web Development (C# and VB,.net), Crystal Reporting Required 7 Years Team Foundation Server, Cloud Architecture(AWS, Azure), and Database is preferred.
