Description:
Engineering MECM Platform with Modern Device Management
2. Hand on Experience in implementing and engineering Intune, MECM, CMG& CDP
3. Create Windows 10 Autopilot deployment Profiles and Configure the out of the box experience settings, regional settings
4. Hand on Experience in enrolling and deploying assets via Autopilot
5. Create and maintain workstation images for use across the organization.
6. Test and update images to ensure that they meet the needs of end-users.
7. Hands on Power shell Script Knowlodge
8. Work closely with IT to ensure that all images are up to date and meet security requirements.
9. Troubleshoot issues related to workstation images.
10. Develop and maintain documentation related to workstation image management.
11. Work with end-users to identify their needs and ensure that images meet those needs.
12. Has the knowledge to work with tools such as Remote Management, Remedy / Service Now to execute day-to-day activities
13. Support data back and transfer activities for users during Break-fix, migration and refresh with utmost care and accuracy
14. Proactively ensure client devices are not vulnerable, and are updated with the latest security patches and antivirus definitions
15. Ensure adherence to the processes defined by client and TCS
16. Should be flexible to adapt to the TCS work culture
17. Is a good Team player to work collaboratively with other team members
18. Take additional responsibilities and Proactively work towards identifying opportunities for improvements in process, service delivery, technology , customer satisfaction and effort & cost optimization
19. Good Customer/Vendor handling skills
20. Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework).
21. ITIL Certification.
