Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Management: Utilize a structured requirements process to gather, analyze, document, and manage changes. Prioritize immediate business needs, recommend options, assess risks, and evaluate cost vs. benefits.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with stakeholders, perform requirement discovery and analysis, and develop Requirement Specification artifacts. Collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with overarching business strategies.
- Product Vision and Planning: Identify and translate cybersecurity/GRC strategic visions, plan and prioritize features in collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Conduct feasibility studies, draft proposals for evaluation, and define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Backlog Management: Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development. Research and analyze the market, users, and product roadmap. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
- Leadership and Communication: Work closely with the leadership team to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI. Lead the planning of product release plans, set expectations for delivery, and actively participate in mitigating impediments affecting successful team completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate the ability to identify and map cybersecurity controls, communicate with Project Managers, and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Procure technical assistance for problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Requirement Specification documents, Agile framework, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Cyber ATO processes, SNOW Integration, NIST CSF Guidelines, etc.
- Five or more years of related work experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum three years of experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five to Seven years of experience in Project Lifecycle Management, SDLC, business analysis, and highlighting risks and issues in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with stakeholders and customers to define accurate, meaningful, and measurable business cases, capabilities, features, technical/non-functional requirements, and user stories.
- Prior experience in GRC, IRM, TPRM, ATO, SNOW Integration is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Cybersecurity/InfoSec - Security+, SSCP and/or CISSP, Business analysis certification such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
