The largest regional accounting, tax and business advisory firm based in New England, is seeking a manager/director to join the Audit Group in our Boston, MA or Quincy, MA office.
Audit Manager oversees staff, seniors and supervisors on financial statement audits and special projects. Maintains a thorough understanding of business practices and applies knowledge and critical thinking to strategize, plan and implement department and industry activities. Self-motivation and the ability to grow industry while developing talent and leading audit engagements is of utmost importance in this role.

Experience and Skills:
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business field of study and 10+ years of experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm or related business experience Industry experience in Automotive/Dealership is desired Leadership and talent development experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
CPA Knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS Understanding of business and accounting issues
