Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on digital platform solutions
• SME for CMS solutions (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Technical Product Management or Solutions Engineer responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of platform capabilities, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to understand and manipulate complex data models. Facilitate change management and release management processes as needed.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Experience:

• Proven experience in solutions engineering, with a focus on digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong background in IAM (identity and access management) solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect and understand intricate data models.
