Description:
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying embedded software for our new products. These products incorporate technologies such as Bluetooth, Active Noise Reduction, batteries, sensors, LEDs, and more. You will be tasked with creating modular software that is maintainable, scalable, and reusable across our product line. Additionally, you will analyze complex technical problems and propose and implement comprehensive solutions.
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of the product software lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, hardware bring-up, implementation, automated testing, release, support, and documentation. We are looking for someone who can enhance our processes and tools to improve quality and increase efficiency through continuous improvement.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of the product software lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, hardware bring-up, implementation, automated testing, release, support, and documentation. Required Skills:
- Strong experience with C in an embedded environment.
- Proficiency in implementing sophisticated embedded software in resource-limited real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Demonstrated success in delivering embedded software for at least one product that was effectively launched into mass production.
- Experience with common protocols such as I2C, I2S, or SPI.
- Familiarity with hardware bring-up and debugging using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and similar tools.
- Knowledge and experience with Bluetooth and BLE is preferred.
- Experience with audio codecs and streaming over Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
- Expertise in BLE Audio implementation and integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Consistent track record of working effectively in teams and a strong desire to learn from and assist others.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ambition to become a technical lead for a team. Previous experience in directing a team of three or more geographically distributed engineers is preferable.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy Audio, a new standard, is a special requirement.
