- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in SCCM administration.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SCCM and Intune deployments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SCCM architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune configuration and management.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 integration.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification.
- Experience with other Microsoft Endpoint Manager components.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
