Procurement Lead

The Procurement lead needs to have S4Hana implementation work experience, with knowledge of ricefs - how they are deployed and tracked. This lead needs to know SAP module work and have experience with testing after modules have been configured.

SAP Procurement Modules Knowledge:

• SAP MM (Material Management): This module is central to P2P processes and involves procurement and inventory management.
• SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management): For managing supplier relationships, sourcing, and procurement.

Configuration and Customization:

• Configure SAP MM and SRM modules to align with the organization's specific P2P requirements.
• Customize the system to meet business process needs.

Integration Skills:

• Understand and configure integration points between SAP MM, SRM, and other relevant modules like SAP Finance (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO).

Procurement Process Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to purchase order creation, goods receipt, and invoice verification.

Vendor Management:

• Implement and optimize processes related to vendor onboarding, performance evaluation, and collaboration.

Master Data Management:

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in master data related to vendors, materials, and purchasing info records.

Workflow Management:

• Configure workflow processes for approvals and ensure smooth flow through the P2P cycle.
