Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's)

Experience:

• 3+ years experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O3NA or SharePoint on Premise.
• 3+ years experience in business systems analyst, implementation and management
• 3+ years experience in SharePoint framework building sites
• 3+ years experience building SharePoint workflows
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast paced business environment with special requests.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packaging to deploy from DEV to PROD environments.

Preferred KSA's:

• Experience building Nintex workflows.

Tasks and Activities

• The Web Designer/SharePoint developer will serve as the principal line of communication for the project team and shall perform, at a minimum, the tasks and/or activities described below:
• Build new landing page, department templates/pages, newsletters, head/banner, and videos accessible from any device;
• Lead end users, division representatives and management in understanding and documenting functional business requirements and workflows;
• Develop, document and implement standards, policies and guidelines for the use of SharePoint and incorporate relevant elements of such policies into system design.
• Perform duties as indicated below:
• Converting business requirements into SharePoint pages and workflows;
• Develop web pages to provide a progressive look including branding on a SharePoint platform;
• Build a new landing page, department templates/pages, newsletter, header/banner, and videos that will be accessible from any device;
• Implement, test, and deploy the new intranet SharePoint site;
• Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management;
• Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer or Nintex Workflows;
• Code pages using HTML and JavaScript to match approved mockups.
• Liaise with development teams, technical and business staff;
• Prepare system documentation, computer training materials and user manuals;
• Train end-users in the use of new workflows.
