Must Have Skills:

- Strong in testing of Salesforce applications (CRM apps)

- Expertise with test automation (Java/Selenium)

- scripting, debugging, maintenance of automation scripts

- Experience in API Testing

- Experience in writing SQL queries and database testing

- Exposure to work on integration programs

- Good communication skills

- Good knowledge of Contact Center Domain

- Experience of working in Agile Scrum Team

Good to have skills:

- Good knowledge of IVR routing flows using Genesys, Genesys Cloud CX

- Good knowledge of Genesys cloud, Genesys reports and dashboards

- Good functional understanding and testing knowledge of Salesforce Agent desktop applications

- Should be able to work independently in a scrum team and understand the customer requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce QA testing, team co-ordination, customer communication, stakeholder communications, regular status reporting
