ITSM ServiceNow Catalog Developer
  • Collaborate with clients to gather service catalog requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and develop service catalog items, categories, and workflows using the ServiceNow Service Catalog module.
  • Configure and customize service catalog forms, workflows, and notifications to align with client-specific processes.
  • Ensure service catalog data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate service catalogs with other ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management and Request Management.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of service catalog items.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on service catalog usage and best practices.
  • Designing and implementing software applications into the ServiceNow Platform
  • Develop applications using tools and technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, SQL, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, node.js, REST API, HTML, XML and CSS
  • Work with functional teams and the system administrator to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
  • Advanced scripting of business rules, UI policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow, Web Services, Activities, etc.
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow
  • Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST
  • Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Service Catalog Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of service catalog management principles, best practices, and user experience design.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow Service Catalog module.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript) for advanced customization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices related to service catalog management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Experience with creating dynamic and responsive service catalog forms using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow ITSM module.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
