Java Production Support / Sr BizOps Engineer

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

• Support critical Java applications in production.
• Good exposure to Unix, SQL scripting
• Understanding of Java / JVM.

Framework/Java/J2EE/Spring/Springboot based applications.

• Experience in building Logging, Monitoring and Alerting requirements like Splunk, Dynatrace etc.
• Prior knowledge of Payment and Cards domain (Auth and clearing) will be considered an advantage.
• Foundational ITIL knowledge. Specialization in Service Operations.

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):

• Support critical Java applications
• Respond to production incidents.
• Manage Splunk dashboard.
• It is expected that the selected associate will be part of a team.
