Job Title: QA Test Manager
Location: Austin, TX - Remote but must live in TX
Duration: 6 Months
The Test Manager will plan, manage, and monitor the testing activities being conducted by the testing resources related to the modernization of unemployment insurance (UI) legacy systems.
Responsibilities:
Works directly with Clients' Project Manager to execute overall project testing strategy.
Manage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities.
Oversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing.
Review, update and create test strategy, suites, and scripts.
Identify and coordinate the creation of test data.
Review and comment on vendor's system test results.
Document and report test results and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defect status.
Assist Clients' Project Manager in developing and executing the user acceptance testing (UAT) Test Plan.
Coordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings.
Provide training and mentoring of testing team members.
Perform related work as assigned.
