Responsibility:

• Complexity of Task Assignment - Works on multiple highly complex major projects requiring innovative, original solutions. Strong understanding of development programs with strong exposure across entire development lifecycle from concept to decommission.
• Planning - Technical planning, estimates, tracks & completes project on time and within budget across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Scope/impact - Results are key to successful completion of major projects/programs.
• Lead/Oversight Responsibilities - Lead or strong influence over technical staff.
• Supervision - Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Guidance - Provides guidance to group and mentor junior engineers.
• Initiative -Exercises substantial initiative/ judgment in work methods and in implementing and interpreting goals.
• Technical Writing - Able to write desi n review data packages and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years industry experience
• Experience designing high speed, mixed-signal PCBA
• Experience with high speed differential interfaces: MIPI CSI 2, LVDS, LVPECL
• Design and layout of DDR3/4
• Serial data interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART
• DC/DC switching power supply design (low noise, isolation from sensitive circuits)
• Ability to write firmware to validate hardware design

• Is a SME across program areas under specialty and with a detailed understanding of how multiple systems interact.
• Familiar with and understands industry best practices.
• Develops innovative solutions to unique problems.
• Proficient in Systematic RCCA processes and ability to follow those methods and generate RCCA reports for the customers
• Professional abilities & technical accomplishments are recognized throughout the company and within the professional community in the area of expertise.
• Craft effective strategic technical path to capture significant follow-on business.
